Dr. Costa: The most important thing — I'm still feeling from an hour ago, I felt that tremor.  This earthquake is still kicking around — I'm feeling it physically. The Masters are depending on me to calm things down.  I did ask about what we can do about it, and they said the idea is to reawaken the energy around the pyramid near San Diego, to see the pyramid — seeing it mentally, create pictures of it and get it on paper.  That will take some of the pressure off the planet.  We need those maps really badly — we will do some drawings and get them superimposed on a big sheet.  We'll put them up and start working on it, projecting the idea to everyone we can reach, so we can start doing something about it… because it's going to keep going. How many of you felt some tremors over the last five or six hours?

Moderator: Someone from the group in Berkeley California says that they have not felt any tremors.

Dr. Costa: Well, that's probably going to be next — it's going to start moving up north.  We should have one at least as big as the one we've just had, in the next five or six weeks — and if the fear builds, it will be bigger than the one that we've just had. Well, we'll get busy on those plans and drawings so we can start projecting the pyramid in the San Diego are and get that projected, so we can start seeing the pyramid, existing in the place where it belongs.

Moderator: Someone in the group asks how we should see that pyramid in San Diego.

Dr. Costa: Get a picture of the Giza pyramid — you can see one on the Internet, or a photograph — and sort of superimpose it in an area east of San Diego, about 10 miles.  That's where that pyramid belongs now.  I don't know how many of you are aware of it, but the pyramid holds the balance of the planet — there's a lot depending on that.  It's been about three or four years since I went to the Giza pyramid, and did some work to rearrange the energy in it, to get it to "kick into gear" — we worked in 2006 to get that energy going and offset this change.  That only worked for a short time.  Now, here we are with bigger earth changes happening and we have to really think in terms of that pyramid existing 10 miles east of San Diego.

You see, the Earth is trying to shift into the correct range of vibration and position in the universe, to match with the changes that we've caused to the karma of the planet.  We have, in effect, changed the Meridian lines and the vertical lines of the planet.  This is also in connection with the gold net we put on the planet years ago, creating the grid to help with the shift, the period that we are in now.  That grid has been helping us make the change without getting jerked all over in the process.

There is just too much ‘2012’ talk going on - been going on - to think it's just talk.  Human beings have psychic as well as physical feelings telling us "2012 - better watch out - it’s coming!"  Does it mean the first day of 2012 we can expect ‘all hell’ to come down on us?  I think not.

What is the meaning of 2012?

When we hear talk about drastic probable events from an earth planet view, we are talking universally.  What gets affected universally - meaning 2012?  We take 2012 to be the number or date signifying a ‘universal happening’ this planet is involved in.  It is about universal happenings - not some scary kind of local event like one earthquake.

In 2000, I reported that earth had moved into a new cycle universally and we could expect even more earth disturbances having entered fourth dimensional ranges.  With that, I predicted earth disturbances would become more disturbing and more intense, all due to the Shift stage of 2012.

Since then, earthquakes, land masses, and oceans have shifted and moved to a greater degree.  Tsunamis are reported in more areas including the recent ones in the Mediterranean.  The English Isles report more quakes over the last year.  Unusual water-ocean patterns are abnormal all over the Indian Ocean.  Lava is moving up in the ocean at the southern tip of Greenland.  The recent Chile quake pushed waves around the Pacific.  There is suspicious evidence of the land mass under the Atlantic possibly rising (Atlantis).

Science reports that the earth mass is showing a speeding up of land mass and shifts in time accordingly.  Australia’s fresh water is siphoning deeper and northward through earth’s crust and in general, the 2012 Shift is changing a considerable amount of geography all over the globe.  All this earth activity is a reflection of psychic energies and forces forced on Mother Earth by the karmic pressures exerted on earth’s mass by the collective consciousness of all humanity pressuring earth’s mass and its fields through time and space.

With enough harmony and balance - psychically and materially - earth can transcend.  In our scientific interpretations, that can mean earth would be able to rotate enough in speed to enable a "shift" into fourth dimensional speed.

What is The Fourth Dimension and how does it relate to 2012?

In the past history of earth - it has failed to transcend to the fourth level several times - the last attempt being what we call the Atlantis experience.  Approximately every twenty-seven thousand more or less years, earth cycles into a natural universal rhythm that requires earth to be fairly psychically stable to execute through a shift.  There have been other failures - Lemuria - Mu, etc.  In each case, the karmic densities pervading - surrounding earth created ‘drag’ or interference of earth being able to transcend to the fourth dimension.  So called ‘drag’, is self-destructive karma permeating the earth causing earth instabilities, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.

After this "Shift" point of 2012, we shall slowly merge for ten to thirty years of evolving to full fourth dimensional status.  Earth will move on then toward the fifth dimension.  What is important is the human body adjustments to psychic and material body evolving stages.  For all that - can we guess from what’s happening now - what we might expect or experience?  What can we expect from what we see?  What of the human body and Mind?

My teachings are based on learnings gleaned from master teachers of our two worlds, Inner and Outer.  My effort in attempting to aid earth in its journey is to reveal as much information as we can to diminish the densities of karma on and in Planet Earth.  Through psychic connections and personal experiences, the following are events and things I have been involved in, in relationship to the Shift.  All are within the intent of bringing the human experiment into its Oneness content.

The Natural World and its Karma

Before the human being was on the planet, the collective consciousness operated in the way of a reservoir for thinking for all creatures of the earth that was free of human thinking.  Think of the planet devoid of human beings.  Before human beings came on the planet, all the creatures on the planet that did any kind of what we call thinking, used the collective consciousness psychic fields for their thinking.  As a psychic field and essence, it permeated the planet and belongs to the planet - and has been used for the thinking of natural beings.  It is the field where thinking goes.  That field before man became involved monitored itself.  That monitoring of itself is what we call karma.  It is method a of self-cleaning of the planet on its consciousness that keeps the planet balanced physically and psychically.  Karma’s objective is to keep the world energies in harmony.

Karma and the Human Experience

When I was hunting as a big game guide in Alaska, the hunters chose to hunt with me because they knew I knew where the animals would be - not because of instinct - but because I had an acute sense of knowing.  The animal level depends on smell, sight, and sound.  The human depends on the sense of habits - they know where the animal lives because of the animal’s habits.  People who are mystical know and go psychically to where the animal is - or has a knowing when an animal reaches a certain place.  The first two - instinct and habit - are physical adaptations.  The highest one - mysticism - is non-physical.  Karma is on a non-physical level and is tied to the collective consciousness.  The 2012 Shift is the physical action and reaction of human thinking using the non-physical phenomena (karma) that acts out physically.

As individuals, we blame society and governments for what appears as self-destructive wars and failing economics.  In the long run, the entire earth and its inhabitants are experiencing the effects of old deeds, thoughts (words) or selfish karmic debts of all societies.  Our words have meaning and the meaning connects to the collective consciousness, which in effect measures the content and quality of their meaning thru karma.  The world uses karma as a way of determining whether the words are destructive or non-destructive and periodically the earth renders the collective consciousness to eliminate energies that are creating imbalance on the planet.

How do I understand karma?

In order to understand karma you have to think of the earth in the context of being like a living creature whose essence psychically pervades the whole being of the planet.  This means that what we are referring to as pervading the planet is actually the make and body of all thinking and thought forms which constitute the world’s collective thinking.  This thinking has what we consider a quality of negative and positive energies that have become totally unbalanced as they surround the planet, i.e., the collective consciousness.

Where is our karma now in relation to 2012?

We are currently cycling through the universe in a collective consciousness that is self-destructive in its totality and functions within the natural karmic formula that periodically readjusts itself, to diminish and cleanse self-destructiveness.  The planet depends on karma to alter the collective thinking from a self-destructive functioning into a harmonious balanced essence.

During the 2012 Shift, the karmic principle dissolves those energies and human thinking that are creating disharmony in the planet by creating shifts in all the forces of the planet, earth, water, air, and fire (earthquakes, tsunamis, fires, volcanoes, storms, etc.)

How does the 2012 Shift affect my health?

If the public at large is kept uninformed of Earth’s evolving and the body adjusting both physically and psychically (spiritually) - there could be great physical disaster for millions.  An example presently on earth, the average human being across the globe or planet is now threatened with adjusting to the earth changing giving cause to manifesting what we call ‘Swine Flu’.  Unfortunately, in our civic failure to consider that Earth is evolving into a different range of energies dimensionally, we - all of Earth - are unwittingly creating a probable major disaster.

At this stage, people are being labeled as ‘having Swine Flu’ simply because of an apparent increase of phlegm and congestion building in the upper part of the body, especially the head and chest areas.  This psychic karmic action affects the person that is suffering congestion in the head, in a way that increases fear in the thinking.  This ‘fear’ automatically depresses the psyche and causes a ‘shut down’ of the autonomic immune system of the body.  The result is more mucus generated and fear of the illness increases - further shutting down the immune system.

This condition continues automatically depressing the person, who increases their fear and at some point the body cannot overcome the buildup of congestion, causing premature death of the body.  Some antibiotics (medicine) can and do overcome the automatic actions of the body to shut down.  This depends on the ‘constitution’ of the person’s psyche to overcome depression.

The ability to overcome the depression and congestion that can cause death is natural, karmic, and automatic.  It functions in direct relation to the ability to let go mentally of depressing thoughts.  Letting go of depressing thoughts requires changing the thinking environment or conditions.  It helps to change conditions and situations that contribute to depression - whatever that takes.

Medication can relieve depression to a point.  Changing life’s conditions or circumstances also can relieve depression and clear up congestion in the head and body.  Changing one’s economics can clear up congestion - and today’s economics is a major factor in the psyche condition of the average citizen.  If one feels that they have failed or cannot remedy their economic status, they are subject to the ‘flu’ condition in the head and upper body.  This all compounds the inability to naturally overcome ‘flu’ signs.

All of the above on ‘flu’ ailment means nothing if the natural cell changing process in the human body is ignored in relation to the Shift, as it being the probable cause.

What about stress?

People experience stress because the karmic collective consciousness feeds the thoughts to them.  You deal with it by consciously rejecting stress thinking and substitute new joyful thinking.  The Shift is the process of karma forcing the human consciousness to face the need to choose its thinking more carefully.

What do we do?

We need think in ways of "we " understanding - the way to be free and joyful in living a balanced way of thought and thinking.  This means we - the human - face the need daily to think and act out on thought in ways of Oneness and joy.

What is Oneness and how does this affect me personally?

You have to take into consideration the fact that although personally means you individually - you cannot separate yourself from your ‘being’ of the collective.  For this reason, when karma all over the globe reacts in its ‘change sense’ to cleanse itself of what you call ‘personal karma’ - the whole world - and all is people are affected.

If the natural thinking is for a country to go to war, we are going to destroy ourselves.  If we have leadership whose purpose is not to have war - but harmony, friendship and health for everyone, that will change the karmic environment and we - the people - will live healthfully in the new environment created by the new thinking.  This is how karma works.

The content of the collective consciousness of the old way of this community we are using as an example, creates destruction, and harm.  Using collective ‘new karma’ thinking, the collective consciousness changes the energies into a more harmonious, helpful, responsible, and productive essence, resulting in a new happy joyous way of living.

People can apply this from the personal point of view and the collective point of view.  The world collective karma laws respond to the thinking whether it’s harmful or helpful.  More helpful thinking will aid the karma to balance the collective thinking - and if enough people do that in the world, the whole planet collective consciousness will reflect a healthy happy planet.

Where do we go from here?

It is my position that the Inner and Outer of the human being comes from the same source.  The truth about the spiritual ape-man is that he - she - is initially the expression of goodness, wonderment, love, and Oneness.  It was intended for the human being to have a life of Oneness and joy and what we have today is an intellectual distortion of all the attempts of societies to create harmony.

Evolution: Earth matter, human body and other energies

The transition stage of human body parts evolving, changing energies in form is now fully upon all human beings on Earth. No matter where on the Planet Earth one resides, evolution of the physical body is now in full "swing" and is happening.

The first two facets of change for the body have to do with — #1 — cell changes — The usual process of cell splitting has changed.  Today all over the World when body cells divide they now shed waste that can clog the material wasting processes of the body.

The second facet of change is the conversion of the physical body and its manner of getting oxygen for consumption. Where in the past for 3-D energies, it was necessary to attain oxygen through the lungs processing process — we are now, as we proceed further into the future, finding it necessary for the human body to get its oxygen through the epidermis (or skin of the animal body.)  We have now evolved into a phase of skin changing that serves the body by activating an autonomic process of oxygen extraction.

The skin of the human animal is now undergoing this phenomenal change and by 2012 most humans will be "skin" breathers primarily.  This evolutionary change ties into the cell changing process now occurring in everyone's body.

Since the year 2000 Human Beings began the physical body changes needed for the 2012 "Shift" in evolution to the 4th dimension.  This change, the body now undergoes naturally, requires us to experience body cells converting to 4-D cells differently than the 3-D cells process people have lived with for eons of time.

All over the World, depending on the so-called spiritual or mind level (not brain) of the people, the cell changing process is different.  This difference has to do with the energy levels of the essence of the human physical being.

The importance of taking note of the body's ability to waste out of it the third dimensional debris during the evolutionary process, need be realized.  If there is any sluggishness in the cell debris wasting process during the cell's conversion from 3-D cells to 4-D cells — there is danger the body will die.

Medical doctors not being familiar with cellular evolutionary conversion can and do today unwittingly presume the body has influenza conditions and treat the patient for "flu."  Often the attempt to define or categorize the "flu" and not finding or understanding evolutionary cellular conversion of cells the "laboratory" doctor rules that the "flu" indication is "a kind of swine flu." If this mistake is made the patient will most likely die labeled a swine flu case — which would not be the truth of the death.

The evolution caused "illness" is everywhere on Earth today, as it has to do with energy changes of the planet. Changes that have to do with cycles "heavenly" bodies pass into and through in the movement of Universe cycling.

This threat to human life is only a threat because science has not grasped the meaning of quantum physics.  It is the author's understanding that science researchers need to let go the premise that the Big Bang of matter began the idea of life and to look back and restart all existence from the idea of quantum scienceparticles of thought.  The key is in the collective consciousness which began with the first human thinking.

My star is within you Joseph. Use the "Morning Star" and place it in your heart chakra. It will shine bright like a beacon for all the women to see. Ask them to send their kundalini energy and yin life force. Have them ring a bell that creates a long, low, hum. This sound will bring the energy forth to you. I see you standing in your Alaskan pyramid, shining brightly for all to see.

The women's energy will aid the healing work needed in the Ukraine and west coast of South America.

Smile just as brightly as my star Joseph and thank them all for being in "Oneness" at this crucial time.

Jesus also asked me to tell all how much good their Kundalini has done: that reminded me of water we are siphoning into and under Africa to bring fresh water to the surface - How we used Kundalini from all when I took Christine into the Giza pyramid to calibrate and recharge its process of Earth-balancing energies.

The tsunami in Malaysia that was dissipated - the rising of Old Atlantis under the Atlantic relieved of pressure - the siphoning of lava away from England and wasted under the southern part of Greenland - the splitting off of the ridge on the west coast of Argentina - the quieting of tornadoes in the middle of the USA - and many lesser Earth disturbances in several countries diminished by joint action with UFO's of other worlds.

Yes, these are accomplishments of our World Healer women through their devotion and giving of Kundalini energies.

Please take note of info given about Earth conditions in mid-October, 2008; i.e., Earth's electro/magnetism and a threat to the British Isles–information from space ship over mid-USA.

Know that the Earth adjustments have been completed under the Atlantic Ocean (Old Atlantis) between the British Isles and the southern tip of Greenland, stabilizing Earth under and around the British Isles and the Northwestern European continent.  England is now free of probable Earth catastrophes until 2012 - 2014 (except for a few rattles which are due now.)

Info from those space people who aid Earth's balancing act in the Universe tell us from the perspective of balance and stabilization, the Giza pyramid needs a sister pyramid to synchronize with the Giza.  The reason is that the new Four Dimensional energies in play reflect that the point for Earth balancing on the Earth's surface is now in the west, and they recommended southern California coordinates to me for a new pyramid.

I welcome all and myself back to the "Ask Joe Costa" Pow Wow where I share my thoughts and messages of the Eagles of Consciousness.

Nearly two months have passed by and I see some of what I told you about in the past is happening in the World, has come about.

I forewarned about the coming economics stuff and there is more to share on that –

But!! Right now I want to talk about that 2,000 mile long UFO that's been hanging around the middle of North America the last few days.

I talked to the Captain of that ship and was told by him that the ship is there to aid Earth to balance its electro/magnetic fields as they were not functioning properly.

I asked him for specifics and he told me the Earth's human consciousness was strongly engaged in too much mental thinking that was preventing human energies grounding into the Earth. This is compounded by more worry about money also preventing normal grounding of the human body to the Earth.

Presently there is not enough electricity from the human body mixing with the magnetism and the result is displacement of balance of the Earth. The danger now is there could be a shift of the axis of Earth setting off a disastrous chain of earth movement and chaos as a result of electro/magnetic failures.

The ship's captain advised that several ships are around Earth simultaneously feeding Earth, balancing electro/magnetic fields of energy and as soon as that balance was maintained they would leave for their 12th dimensional births.

He also advised me that they expected to leave Earth in three or four days. In addition, he said they have no need or desire to stay as they needed nothing from Earth except the balancing given it. He mentioned that if Earth lost its electro/magnetic balance, other planets and dimensions would suffer consequences.

I asked him if there was a part of Earth more in danger than others. He said, "yes" that the British Isles were in the greatest danger and "you know that". He was referring to late March 2008 when I was in India and had worked with him and others of space, repairing the North Atlantic fissures and we had been forced to cease work for lack of human kundalini resources. I assured the Captain we would continue that work on the fissures as soon as possible in the near future.

In April while flying back to America from India and looking out at the British Isles and Greenland, I had observed the Earth under the Atlantic Ocean showing active cracks. Those cracks are at the north tip of what had been the Atlantis continent at one time. I particularly noticed fissures underwater boiling the waters northwest of the British Isles.

I discussed with Jesus at that time what seemed like a probable Earth crust failing and he assured me that the threat of eruption was being watched over by the Eagles of Consciousness. A month later I psychically examined the cracks and recommended a fissure be created at the south tip of Greenland to reduce the pressures under seas near England.

When I advise my friends of these ships and of UFO's and their efforts, they ask why the people on Earth could not see the ships. Only a few people could actually see them. The answer is simple. Earth, itself, has moved into the fourth dimension and the ships - UFOs - were stabilizing in fourth dimensional energies.

Third dimensional viewing does not work on other dimensions. Slowly now in the near future, more people will adjust to our being in the fourth dimension and see what is in the 4-D World. By 2014, all will see fourth dimensionally.

THE GRID

There is a grid that lies over the Earth that is like a mask. This grid has to do with essences of energy and sound. The UFO Captain suggests that the grid color be changed to a smooth silver that effects blue steel essence. This would facilitate a cooler essence in the sky and help more people to ground energies to Earth.

The Captain recommends that humans should ground their bodies by mentally bringing energy down through the head, through the body and legs to the feet. This would reflect a coolness under the feet and the electricity would naturally mix with Earth. This exercise would help to balance the electro/magnetic energy feedings into Earth creating more harmony for the planet. This results in more grounding for the person and stabilizing of the electro/magnetic fields and flows into and through the Earth surface.

Each person should have an essence of feeling in their heart for and to the planet when grounding This results in the heart of the planet responding in kind. A healthy body feeds energy into the Earth and the Earth reciprocates from its natural sources. In the matter of grounding using energy from the head to the feet in males and females and their difference in energy, for most females it is easier to ground head first and for most males feet first.

This depends on the types of male and type of female. As to what discerns the types, it is in the density of the individual. For example, a female who looks psychic, more in the mind, the energy would go from the head down. In the more Amazon type woman, the energy would go from the feet to the head. It all depends on the density of the individual.

All this of course brings up today's Earth confusion and disruptions in consciousness of the human race - like Wall Street economics and other failures and confusions. Earth is the energies belt of the Universal Fourth Dimension. Earth moved into the fourth dimension in the year 2000 and is rapidly assimilating fourth dimension dynamics. It is presently written in what I labeled, "The Time of Change Sense" (see Primal Legacy, Thinking for the 21st Century).

The "Change Sense" is now forcing the Collective Consciousness to "waste out" karmic energies from the human consciousness. The Earth as a living creature is "wasting" out of its environment thoughts of humans that violated the natural laws of Earth matter. Such thoughts are those of humans who are subject to karmic cleansing and who violated law principles (laws of equity) which formulate natural emissions, happenings and cleansing of all matter.

Thoughts of human kind whose intent was to foul the natural existence of all things natural are being cleansed as Earth moves into the stasis of full fourth dimension existence. For a time (months), the "Change Sense" will in effect set-up Earthly circumstances in all phases of human existence and behavior. That will push and make living for humans incompatible and fearful to some degree - the gasoline confusion and the money lending as example.

Depending on levels of adjustment made during the "Change Sense", if the karmic order of the Collective Consciousness is not put in order, the Earth then will force a "Fear Sense" stage on the Earth. This will reflect as major pressures on material and human conditions and if not moderated by urgently contrived efforts to change conditions to a more balanced order, could cause the "Fear Sense" to act out materially. Perhaps to the extent that nature will move forces that diminish or destroy what fails to moderate and balance. The "Change Sense" and "Fear Sense" energies of the Collective Consciousness will act out directly both psychically and physically to balance all actions in the planet to a harmonious natural harmony.

These actions will phase out through 2008-2009 and 2010. All aspects of the planet, all levels of living, all material and psychic essences, vibrations, forms, etc., will be forced to exorcise any and all excessive karma on Earth. The peak of all upheaval will come during 2012 to 2014.

TAKE NOTE

Presently the human body is evolving and changing in keeping with the higher vibrations of 4-D living physically. Breathing and breath is on the forefront of change. The body is slowly changing to make it possible to breath through the epidermis. One can assist the body to change accordingly by "thinking" breathing through the nostrils and the hands and fingers. Practice this!
