Dr. Costa is the founder of The 15th Step - a new process which takes you directly into the Inner Unconscious and brings forth both Divine Healing and Divine Teaching.  He is also founder of the Institute of Thought in San Diego, California where he teaches regression therapies and self mastery courses. He is a member of the Association of Transpersonal Psychology and The International Association for Regression Research and Therapies.
